MeeBox "Ice Queen" December 2015 Review

My friends at MeeBox have done it again!  They have delivered another great box worth more than what you pay for it.  I've said it before (here & here) but you'd be silly not to subscribe at this rate!

If you're a bit like me; loves a bargain and dislikes paying the full price for polish, then this kind of service is for you.  You pay a flat cost of £20.00 which includes paying for everything in the box, shipping AND comfort in knowing that the money spent is waaaay less than the RRP of the contents = Win/Win!

WHAT IS MEEBOX?

"The UK's favourite subscription box dedicated to those who love nails!"

MeeBox will send 5 nail related items in a box to you each month; this consists of 3 nail polishes and 1-2 nail tools and/or treatments.  The polishes they aim to send are "the latest polish colours and timeless classics."On the 1st of every month, MeeBox will reveal the theme for the upcoming box, which will give you a general idea of the contents without giving the specifics away.  You have until the 21st of each month to decide whether its for you because they begin shipping on the 22nd of each month.

THIS MONTHS BOX...

"Ice Queen" arrived with 3 nail polishes, a pot of loose bar glitter, snow flake water decals and a keyring nail file.

Manicure number 1 featuring all 3 of the polishes from MeeBox December 2015

Manicure number 2, again featuring all 3 of the polishes from MeeBox December 2015.  Instead of using regular topcoat here, I used my Nails Inc Alexa Holographic topcoat for some extra sparkle!

Also! Don't forget manicure number 3 that I posted around Christmas time, using the Water decals from MeeBox December 2015.

As usual, I price checkd all of the items in last months MeeBox, to see if the value of the contents inside is really worth the £20.00 price tag...

Color Club - Its Raining Men | From ColorClub.com £7.06
China Glaze - Lotus Begin | From 123HairAndBeauty.co.uk £8.05
Crabtree & Evelyn - Mica | From Crabtree-Evelyn.co.uk £6.00
Crystal Flitter Glitter Strips | From Sparkly Nails £1.65
Winter Wonderland Nail Water Decals | From Sparkly Nails £0.83

How long does it take to arrive?  2 - 3 working days from the date of despatch (using MyHermes)

Additional Comments:  Okay, okay.  So I know that this box doesnt have the biggest margin over the
£20.00 price tag, but it's still OVER the asking amount!?!
Having only been subscribed to one beauty box in the past, I know only too well the disappointment that fills every being in your body when you receive "sample" sized products - this is something I have never had to put against Meebox.
Meebox is great for someone who (unlike me) doesn't have the biggest collection of polish and wants to grow their collection quickly, and, not to mention you're growing said collection with bang on trend, full sized polishes that you know you've comfortably not paid the full size price for.  So, what are you waiting for?!

As I mentioned above, Meebox reveal the theme of their monthly boxes at the start of the month and they have released their theme for January 2016 and it is "Blackberry Margarita"  So if you think that sounds like something you would be interested in (cocktails, duh! Who isn't?!), you've got until the 21st of January to subscribe and you can do so by clicking here or the picture below.

Come check me on FacebookInstagram and Twitter where you will see video Tutorials for all of the above manicures in the next coming days.
