MoYou London: 31 Day Challenge - Day 6 London

Hi everyone! Day 6 already - nearly a week in! I am back with my MoYou London 31 Day Challenge nails and the theme was London.  I wanted to make these extra special because London is such a fantastic city and centre piece for the UK!

Polishes Used:
nails inc - Porchester Square (Pictured)
Revlon - Royal
nails inc (Kate Spade) - Big Apple Red
Sally Hansen Insta Dri - Bronze Ablaze
Essie Good As Gold
Color Club - Unnamed Nude
Color Club - Unnamed Glitter Gold
Essie - Wild Thing
Sally Hansen Lacquer Shine - Brilliant
Technic - White Striper

I started off by painting my index finger with Royal.  Once that was dry, I went back in with my White Striper and drew a + on the nail, then a X after that.  Again, once that had dried, I used my thin nail art brush and drew on the red details to make the Union Jack Flag.

For my ring finger, I painted an undercoat of the Unnamed Nude and the Unnamed Glitter Gold.  Whilst that was still tacky, I used some gold caviar to make the shape of a crown.  I used a small dotting tool with Wild Thing to add the illusion of extra jewels.

For my pinkie finger, I painted the bottom half of the nail with Porchester Square and the top half with Brilliant.  I added a top coat to Brilliant and added black caviar to act as a Busby hat that the guards wear.  I drew on some cartoon eyes and a strap and added 2 gold studs as either end as to where the strap starts.

Finally, for HM, I painted my middle finger with Bronze Ablaze, and using Pro Plate 04 I stamped on the head.  I thought this was very realistic to the Queen because there is a head of the Queen on everything here, from stamps to money.

Something wasn't quite right though, so I went back in and gave her a crown from Princess Plate 07.  Its all topped off with a coat of Seche Vite.

I am really pleased with how these turned out & maybe one day HM will get herself a set of Spangley Nails!
